Rev. Hot Rod has a regular name, that being Michael Oginsky of Warren.
And he's got a regular job, too, that being a guy who helps detail concept cars for General Motors Corp.
But when he's behind the wheel of his sleek '67 Camaro (nicknamed Faster for the Master) or delivering the opening prayer at various drag races and car shows, Oginsky, 56, feels like he's doing what he was meant to do.
Rev. Hot Rod, a chaplain for a nationwide car club called Racers for Christ, says he finds the mix of hot cars and hot faith simply riveting."
